Democracy and the food supply…

The “Politics of Food and Agriculture and Land Use and their significant effect on our Freedom and Democracy”… is central to this call for a Big “D” Democracy in America movement.  Wendell Berry quotes a British writer who I will cite later in this blog as soon as I find his name:

“A people that has lost control over its food supply can hardly call itself free”

This is where we are at with the industrial GMO and petrochemical agribizness that now forms one of the great oligarchic cartel styled sectors of our economy and wields almost unrestrained power within our political and legal systems.

I will aggregate the posts and links on this subject here and then organize the material into a more coherent “Position Paper”.
